Make your New Year’s resolution to take on a new challenge and help save and transform lives in Gloucestershire.
The Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity has launched the My100Days campaign to inspire people to go the extra mile to improve their health and raise vital funds for our CT Scanner Appeal.
Our ‘virtual’ challenge involves making a lifestyle change for 100 days and the goal is up to the individual. It could be running or swimming 100 miles in 100 days, ditching the alcohol, giving up smoking, cutting out sugar or perhaps just leaving the car at home and walking to walk.
Whatever their personal 100-day target, we hope by taking part, people will also raise money for our £1.2m appeal to buy three new CT scanners and two mobile digital X-ray machines to help provide a faster diagnosis for patients at Gloucestershire Royal and Cheltenham General Hospitals.
