HSAWARENESS Week 2018

The need to increase or create public awareness for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is urgent. It is sadly very common that patients suffer silently for decades in isolation without answers. We are embarrassed, ashamed, and think we are alone. The taboo nature and stigma that surrounds HS is very much and unfortunately thriving culturally across the world. This needs to change.
