Lib Dems Vs Fees

The Browne review has recommended students bear more than 80% of the cost of education themselves - leaving them with debts for a lifetime. Liberal Democrats went in to the election with a plan to scrap fees within 6 years. Now in coalition they must not abandon their pledge to vote for students by supporting a rise in tuition fees.
