"We Want Jobs, Not Trophies"

"We Want Jobs, Not Trophies" is a campaign about change and the demand for equal opportunity employment for Generation Y. The Millennial Generation carries the stigma for being a generation of people who expect to have everything handed to them, instantaneously. Ironically, they are faced with finding employment in one of the toughest economies in the history of the United States. By participating in "We Want Jobs, No Trophies," not only will the negative perceptions of a generation be addressed, but volunteers and attendees will help to demonstrate why internship and entry-level work is so important.
