iPayRoadTax is the movement to promote the fact 'road tax' hasn't existed for 74 years. It's now VED: and doesn't pay for roads, that's paid for from general and local taxation. Motorists who yell 'pay road tax' at cyclists - and sometimes nudge them, or worse - might want to reflect on this.
