SUS Holiday Gift Project

The new innovative SUS Holiday Gift Project is more than just a gift drive; it’s an opportunity to spread the word about SUS and how it improves the fabric of the City of New York. Our goal is to bring joy over the holiday season to all 3,500 individuals served by SUS .The Project is kicking off at this years’ Veterans Day Parade street fair. Proceeds will go towards purchasing gifts for all of the individuals in New York City served by SUS. SUS houses, feeds, and provides case management, employment services, and day programs to over 3,500 New Yorkers facing a multitude of challenges - poverty, homelessness, mental illness, developmental disability, AIDS, inadequate education and histories of drug use and incarceration - and tailors these services to meet their needs, goals, and preferences. The mission of SUS is to provide services and supports for individuals with special needs to live with dignity in the community, direct their own lives and attain personal fulfillment.
