SB 1070 #FAIL

On April 23, 2010, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed SB 1070. The bill does require police to question individuals about their legal status in the USA based on an as yet to be determined definition of “suspicion.” Constitutionality of SB 1070 should be challenged and defeated for it enhances propensity for civil rights violations against individuals with indigenous characteristics and/or language, race or ethnicity, and culture -such as natives of the American continent.
