Please Talk

Please Talk is a national campaign raising the awareness of mental ill health amongst students in higher education in order to work towards eliminating suicide. The message is simple; "please talk", talk to anyone, if you are having a problem, don't let it overcome you, someone can help you. The campaign came about in 2007 following a high number of suicides over a short period in University College Dublin and is now a national campaign both north and south of the border.
