For those of us who are attempting to live our lives by integrating paleolithic truths into our modern lives. We eat healthy by consuming meats, vegetables, some fruits, and some dairy while forgoing grains and legumes. Sugar in all its forms are consumed only rarely. We also move like our ancestors did, forgoing the hours wasted on jogging and cardio exercise, preferring to go at it fast and hard for a few minutes.
