In the Roe v Wade decision written by Justice Harry Blackmun, he stated, "(If the) suggestion of personhood [of the preborn] is established, the [abortion rights] case, of course, collapses, for the fetus' right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment. Personhood Amendments and Acts define all humans as persons from their biological beginning. Personhood Amendments directly challenge Roe vs Wade and will end abortion and euthanasia (AKA mercy killing) and grand the Right to Life to the preborn children, the elderly, and the sick.
