COPD Night at the Mets!

The COPD Foundation, in conjunction with the New York Mets, are hosting a COPD Awareness Night at Citi Field! On this night, we're taking a stand against the third leading cause of death in the U.S. - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) - in honor of Bob Mandt, whose 50 years working with the Mets has made him part of the Mets family. Mandt passed away last year from COPD. Our COPD Shuttle: Journey to the Center of the Lung will be there. The Shuttle is a 20-seat motion simulator ride that takes you on a journey through the lungs to see the damaging effects of smoking.
