White Ribbon asks men to show their support and commitment to change attitudes towards violence against women; by never committing violence themselves, but also, by never excusing violence against women by turning a blind eye to it. In 2009 we’re asking all Australian men to 'swear.' By going to White Ribbon’s ‘My Oath’ website (www.myoath.com.au) and ‘swearing’ Aussie men can demonstrate their support for the White Ribbon campaign and take positive action to create change.
