Pc Ian Dibell A fallen Hero

Pc Ian Dibell lost his life showing courage and bravery in a street incident in clacton on sea on monday 9th july 2012 at 3.30pm, after offering to resolve a dispute, as any good natured person would do, he did this in his capacity as a citizen, although a serving police officer with the essex constabulary,, Pc dibell was shot and died of his injuries, his courage and bravery are to be commended and never forgotten, and respect showm to all our fallen hero,s.
